In the event of cancellation, deposit refunded if notice is given 30 days prior to check-in date, less a $25 cancellation fee. If notice is given less than 30 days prior, your deposit will be refunded only if the vacancy is filled, less $25 cancellation fee. |

| North Haven facilities are for the use of registered guests only and are not open to non-guests, except by prior arrangement. Any guests which exceed the cabin's normal occupancy will be charged $10 per day. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. |
| Well-behaved pets are welcome if they are people friendly and tolerant of other pets. Owners are responsible for any damage, clean-up, and cannot leave pets unattended as a courtesy to other guests. We enjoy pets, but need our guests cooperation to continue to allow them. Problems may result in being asked to house your pet at a local kennel at your expense. |
